Strategic Document Solutions (SDS) has been an authorized OnBase solution provider since 2002. SDS has a strong focus in the financial services industry with nearly 30 years of experience implementing and supporting OnBase solutions in credit unions, banks, and lending organizations throughout the United States.

Solution Delivery

While most consultants break consulting and implementations into separate categories/services, we feel that Consulting and Implementations should be grouped into the category of Solution Delivery.  We don’t want to just consult and give you possible ideas for your ECM solution, we want to help you implement those ideas into actual solutions and help your organization be successful!  Whether it is a large enterprise project or a series of smaller impactful department solutions, SDS wants to help our customers get the most out of their OnBase solution.

Staff Augmentation

Since our inception in 2002, SDS has been providing staff augmentation.  We have completed both short- and long-term projects for organizations. One of the most underappreciated times for staff augmentation is when a financial institution is going through a core conversion.  If you are converting to OnBase, we can assist by helping you get the framework and import processes identified and setup.  If you are an existing OnBase user, we can perform these same tasks while allowing your staff to focus on understanding the new core solution.

Mergers and Conversions

Merging and converting ECM solutions can be very complicated.  We believe there is truth in the saying “garbage in = garbage out” and that proper planning is key to successful solutions mergers and conversions.

While we love OnBase and think it is one of the best solutions available, we understand that sometimes an organization needs to move on and adapt to new challenges.  We can help you with all the steps in the conversion process.
